Town Nail & Skin Salon

1. GUARANTEE: GEL / DIP / ACRYLIC FULL SET:

Customers have three days to get free fixes by showing a stamped card with the appointment date and technician’s name. They must inform the technician or manager if they are unhappy with the service; otherwise, silence is taken as acceptance.

2. REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE:

All services are non-refundable. The salon will address any issues with nails if reported within 3 days. No refunds or credits for change of mind. Redoing service will not be free if our nail technician confirms the nail status during service.

3. PAYMENT REQUIREMENT:

Customers who get services amounting to $60 or more must make their payment by 6 PM. This policy is intended to enhance transaction efficiency, avoid payment delays, and encourage customers to promptly clear their bills.

4. PAYMENTS:

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover with a $15 minimum for credit card transactions. Gratuities for technicians can’t be added
via credit card.

5. MINORS SERVICE:

Minors under 18 must show ID documents and provide parental contact info for nail services. The salon’s receptionist confirms parental consent over the phone before the service begins, also clarifying payment responsibility. This ensures minors have parental approval for non-essential services, prioritizing their safety.

6. STAMP CARD and GIFT CARDS:

We’re updating the loyalty program: Earn a $5 discount with 5 full-stamp cards or a $10 discount with a full 10-stamp card. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. The company is not liable for lost or stolen items.

7. LATE ARRIVAL

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may lose your slot and be treated as a walk-in for the next
available slot.
