COVID-19 GUIDELINES FOR CLIENT SAFETY
To keep ourselves and our clients safe, we will be continuing to implement regular cleaning protocols. We will also be introducing the new procedures based on the recommendations by the government and health department to ensure the containment of COVID-19.
UPON ARRIVAL:
Thank you for choosing Towns Nail and Skin Salon! Upon entering, please review our safety guidelines to ensure an overall welcoming and smooth experience. :
1. * TEMPERATURE CHECK & CONSENT FORM *
ALL clients will be screened for temperature upon entering and required to fill out a service agreement.
2. FACEMASK
ALL clients will be required to wear a mask inside the salon. If you do not have a mask, you may purchase one at the desk. If you are not able to wear a mask for a long duration, we ask that you please schedule to come back another time.
3. HANDWASHING
Before you are seated, it is mandatory to wash your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds. Don’t forget to lather the backs of the hands, in between fingers, and underneath the nails.
4. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS OR BELONGINGS
We only allow guests who are being serviced to enter. Please keep your belongings to an essential minimum.
5. NO WAITING/DRYING AREA
Please arrive on time for your appointment. You will be asked to call the salon before entering to ensure that we are ready to properly service you. During this time, there will not be any drying stations available. We encourage clients to choose a rapid/instant dry finish such as Gel/Dip. This is to help avoid the risk of smudging the polish and reducing the spread of COVID-19 by relocating your seat in the salon.
