1. GUARANTEE: Gel / Dip / Acrylic Full Set

Life can be hectic and take a toll on your manicure. Your nails will last long if you take care of them. We do not give refund or allow exchange for any services performed if a nail has chipped or has even been broken. However, we will gladly fix it free of charge (remember to bring your stamp card has dated & name technician who worked for you). You must come to the salon within 3 days after the service was provided. Please call during the 3 days period. Any days after, the charge is $3each for gel and $4&up each for dip or acrylic.

If you are unsatisfied with the services (length, shape, thickness or color) please inform the technician immediately or speak to our manager. We will try our best to remedy the situation.

Our goal is to ensure that each service leaves you satisfied and happy. If you leave our salon without mentioning any dissatisfaction to our receptionist or manager, we consider that you have accepted and are happy with our services.


If you show up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will reserve the right to move to the next customer in your place . We will consider you a walk-in and give you the next available slot.


Town’s Nails & Skin Salon is not responsible for any personal items that have been lost or damaged during the services. Take care of your phones carefully and do not let it fall into the water. We also request you to be extra careful while handling polishes.


We accept payment by cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept cheques. Minimum transaction for credit card is $12.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to add gratuities for technicians through credit cards.

We do not give refunds or allow exchanges for any services performed, salon credit only.


Gift cards are available for sale. It cannot be exchanged or returned. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards.


We will no longer be honoring a free manicure after 10 stamps. After 10 stamps, you will able to receive $10 off any service.

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please speak with the manager immediately and we will do our best to remedy the situation
